Being the biggest manufacturer in Poland involves a lot of work and people. We employ about 200 qualified employees in different departments. There are gifted artists among them, who can transfer their talents onto glass ornaments. Thanks to their hard work we are able to produce about 200 000 baubles a day.
At the blowing department there is always warm regardless the season as there are burners working nonstop. The glass blowers use these burners to heat up the glass tubes. At the temperature of 650 degrees the glass starts to be flexible and only then the qualified worker is able to create any shape.
When the blown bauble is cooled down the process of silvering the ball begins. To achieve the mirror effect the baubles are moved to another department to be injected with nitrate of silver.
We offer all sorts of colours depending on the customer’s order. While creating a new colours palette for each year’s collection we base our choices on the newest trends.
Next, already silvered baubles are ready to be moved to Decorating Department where talented decorators can transfer anything onto the baubles.
We work on the collections throughout the whole year. Our creative team works on new projects and together with decorators they transfer the designs onto the ball what sometimes can be a challenge.
Packing department is the last but one department in our factory. The baubles are packed into various boxes, tubes and cartoons according to their sizes, colours and designs as well as customer’s order. Since the whole packing process is done by hand this stage is also treated as the last quality control. Thanks to this we can ensure our clients that no faulty product will be sent to the warehouse.
